CORONAVIRUS POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By the purchase of and/or participation in tennis at the facility, players agree to abide by the following:
Please review these policies and waiver before you enroll. Players who enroll are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Integrated Dome Support Systems, the supplier of our air dome, has provided us with some very positive information about air dome ventilation as it relates to COVID 19 safety protocols. Outside fresh air is required to be continuously pumped into our tennis dome to maintain its structural integrity. The outside air is constantly being mixed with the inside air such that compelete air exchanges occur regularly inside the dome throughout the day. The technical details about fresh air intake and circulation are specific to the size and configuration of the club's building. You may review them here. Most of the information is highly technical. However, if you scroll down, you will see that there are some basic facts about the rate of air replacement with fresh, outdoor air that may assist you in understanding play conditions during the indoor season.
FALL/WINTER PROGRAMMING AND INDOOR SEASON
Programs for September through early November will be posted by August 10 and registration for members will open when the programs are posted. Non-members may register starting August 21. Membership prices go up September 1, so don't forget to renew before then.
Unlike in previous years, there will be no brochure, as we may need to make adjustments depending on health department recommendations.
NEW HOURS AND PROCEDURES
Here is your back-to-play checklist:
All players must wear masks when entering and leaving the facility and when entering the reception unit to use the rest rooms. Players should enter the club through the gate behind the reception unit. The front door will be locked.
Don't forget to restring: rackets sitting for a few months will lose their tension.
Due to social distancing rules, we cannot allow observers in the facility.
The school campus is still on lock-down. No one is allowed on the campus, except to enter and leave the tennis facility. Please respect this restriction and do not linger on the campus.
Have your credit card on file facilitate no-touch transactions.
Give yourselves a few extra minutes to get to the courts, as parking has been moved to the rear of the courts.
Be sure to renew your membership -- call the front desk and ask them to check if there are credits available to receive your 10% discount.
Bring water and a towel: water fountains and bottled drinks are not available and the club is not laundering towels.
There are no loaner rackets for adults or juniors.
CREDITS FOR MISSED PLAY
All credits for missed play -- programs, contracts and early birds-- have been processed and placed as a "loyalty card" on a customer accounts. To use the credit and receive the loyalty discount, call the front desk to sign up for programs.
SUMMER PLAY ON THE CLAY HOURS
Summer play on the clay may be scheduled weekends from 8:00 am through 12:30 pm and if booked no more than 24 hours in advance, weekdays from 6:00 am - 8:30 am. We are sorry but due to a lack of staff to water and brush the courts in the afternoons, we are not able to offer weeknight play on the clay at this time.
