The club remains closed, but we hope by midweek to have better news. Customers wishing to use Loyalty Card credits to purchase memberships or programs -- and receive the 10% discount -- should call the club to have the transaction processed.
Our office will be staffed from 10 - 4 Monday through Thursday for administrative purposes. Customers should feel free to call with any questions. Updates on our status will be communicated here, by email to our customers and on our social media accounts.
We have been hard a work getting ready for our (hopefully) soon re-opening and ensuring that customers are credited for lost play time. Take a look at our announcements for updates and follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
In anticipation of our re-opening, we have been developing protocols for safe tennis play and safe camps. We are basing our protocols on USTA recommendations and State of Maryland guidelines for camps. Expect smaller groups, frequent disinfection of shared surfaces, "traffic" control measures to keep players apart and similar innovations.

ANNUAL COURT MAINTENANCE.
Our maintenance crew is hard at work digging up the court surface to a depth of two inches and adding tons of new material. We do this every year, to ensure that the courts remain soft and un-compacted. The process involves dragging weighted device to scrape up the clay, spreading out 25 50-pound bags of new clay on each court, watering, smoothing and rolling. The building will come down soon. Watch for pictures and videos on Instagram and Twitter.
Classes missed when the club shut down in March have all be credited to customers in the form of COVID Loyalty Cards. The funds on the loyalty cards may be used for any purpose (except contract payments or Early Bird programs). To thank players for their support in these tough times, any purchase using COVID loyalty card credits will receive a 10% discount. This includes memberships, lessons, programs and pro-shop items (but not contract or early bird fees). If you want to see your Loyalty Card credits, click "My Account" above and, after logging in, find "my info" and click on the "purchases" tab.
We have processed all adjustments to 2019/2020 contracts. Six weeks of play have been credited to the captain and applied to next year's balance. The credit will show up on your fall statement. (If a contract paid in full, the captain will receive a refund to be disbursed to contract players.) Any players who paid $245 for their membership in early March have already received a credit of $15 that will be applied to their contract balance or placed on a COVID loyalty card, as appropriate.
EARLY BIRD ADJUSTMENTS
All Winter Early Birds have received a credit in the form of a Loyalty Card for the equivalent of six weeks of lost time within the next week or two. That credit, in the form of a Loyalty card, can be applied to upcoming Early Bird program fees or refunded if necessary. We are sorry, but no discount is available for court time.
Just a reminder that memberships expired as of Monday, May 18. Customers renewing their membership before September 1 will pay $230. After September 1, the dues goes up to $245. Use your loyalty card credits to renew your membership and receive that 10% discount.
