Classes will begin with a warm up and then players will move quickly from point to point in drills designed to test reactions, decision-making and execution under pressure. This class is a weekly sign-up and players must call to register at least 24 hours in advance to be sure a minimum is reached. If you are not sure of your levels of play, call the club.
