Sunday Adult Programs

Sunday Adult Advanced (Winter Season) 1:00 pm.

In the summer, players may choose 5 out of 8 classes for the program fee and classes meet from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

If your busy schedule only allows for Sunday play, take our two-hour Sunday drill & play program.  The Professional Staff will combine intensive drilling and organized play to improve your game.  The weekly class format allows players to be grouped according to ability levels.  Space is limited, so sign up early! 

The Advanced class is designed for men 3.5 and above and women 4.0 and above and registration is subject to prior approval by the staff. 

NEW !!!  The intermediate class is designed for the 3.0 men and the 3.5 and lower women.  The class will focus on doubles tactics and positioning with an emphasis on how to be a better partner through the use of drills and supervised play.  Registration online opens for members on August 1 and the general public on August 15.

Ladies' doubles training clinics are group classes that meet weekly for two hours.  Sign-up is by sessions, which last 12 or 13 weeks.  The clinics are divided into skill levels.  If a player has any question about which program to choose, please call or email Mark at

Through the use of drills and match play, we will explore what you need to keep doing and what changes need to be made to make you a better player.  All registrants need to be looking to break some old habits and start new ones while learning how to be a great partner. 

Ladies' 3.0 Programs -- Winter Schedule

         Winter 2019-2020 programs meet Fridays at 9:30 am or Tuesdays at 12:30 pm for two hours.                                                                         

Our Ladies' 3.0 programs are designed for USTA rated 3.0 players looking to improve their tennis through various drills and match play experience.  Each class will focus on court positioning and doubles strategy, and will finish with supervised match play.  

Adult Beginner -- Summer Season

Always wanted to learn to play tennis?  This terrific program will teach you the basics of the game, giving you a sport to enjoy for life.  Meet other adult beginners who will learn with you and provide you with plenty of future partners! the one-hour weekly class, taught by senior staff Certified Professions, will maintain a small teach/student ratio to provide you with personal instruction in a class setting.  This class is a real introduction to the game for both men and women, covering strokes, scoring, grips and in specifically designed for those who have never played.

WINTER ADVANCED BEGINNER:  This class is designed for the player who has gone over the basics and is looking for an opportunity to practice.  Throughout this class, a gradual transition to more rallying and game situations will be introduced.  This is a great way to get some exercise and make you feel more comfortable on the tennis court.  To encourage non-member participation, pricing for both members and non-members is set at the member rate. 


SUMMER MIXED CLINIC:  Open to both men and women, this class is designed for the advanced beginner and low intermediate player who has gone over the basics and is looking for an opportunity to practice.  Throughout this class, a gradual transition to more rallying and game situations will be introduced.  This is a great way to get some exercise after work and make you feel more comfortable on the tennis court.  To accommodate your busy schedule, you pick 5 out of the 8 dates offered.

This 90 minute class is designed to keep players moving through various comfortably competitive point-play drills and games. will begin with a short ball feeding warm up, followed by various point play situations.  This class will help with decision making in pressure situations, as well as making adjustments to player tendencies.  Live Ball classes are offered at the 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 levels.  The class has a 6:1 player to pro ratio and is a weekly sign up. 


The new Technique and Live ball class is great for the 3.0-3.5 player looking for a class where you can focus on a stroke's technique and then turn around an practice it in a point play setting with very little on the line.  The beginned of the class will be a warm up and a focus on forehands, backhands or volley technique.  the last 45 minutes will be a mix of our live ball drills with brief breaks to talk about how the technique has been implemented.                                                                        


Cardio Tennis


This aerobic tennis program is a great way to burn calories, get in shape and stay healthy.  While hitting hundreds of tennis balls to music,  these fast paced drills give players of all abilities a fun, high energy workout.  Weekly sign-up and minimum number of participants required.  All levels of play welcome.

Men's Night


This program is geared exclusively toward our male players.  Monday evening sessions are offered on a drop in basis, giving you lots of scheduling flexibility.   The Professional staff will group players by ability levels, combine intense drilling and organized play to give you a great workout while improving your game. Weekly sign up required.
