FAQ's
What happens during inclement weather or on school snow days?
During the indoor season, the club usually remains open even if local schools or businesses are closed. Customers will be notified by email in the unlikely event of a weather-related closure. During the outdoor season, players will be notified if the courts are unplayable. In the event of a closure, missed program classes will be rescheduled.

Insurance carriers either no longer provide property coverage for air domes, or provide coverage which is cost prohibitive. Consequently, in the unlikely event of a dome failure or any situation caused by S.L.I. resulting in lost contract playing time, Service Line, Inc. reserves the right to extend the season 2 weeks beyond the Last Day of Contract Play to account for any lost playing time, in lieu of cash returns.

Are there Holiday closures?
The club closes at 3:00 pm Christmas Eve and is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. The club opens New Year's day at 8:00 am. Regular hours apply on all other days, including Federal Monday Holidays.

How do I join the club?
Log in to our registration portal and purchase a membership. After you complete the membership purchase through the payment screen, you can sign up for classes online at the member rate.

I am being charged the non-member rate
Check your online customer profile or call the front desk to verify that your membership is current. If it is, the front desk will need to re-set your member profile court rate. Any overpayments will be credited back to you.

How do I select the right program?
For juniors, classes are arranged by a combination of age and skill-level, with some classes reserved for older youths for social and developmental reasons. See our Junior Program Pathway for more information or call the club to discuss the choice of class with one of our pros. We may require a brief evaluation lesson before placing a player in an advanced class.

For adults, the club uses the USTA rating system for our classes. Speak to a pro if you are not sure of your rating. The club teaching professionals have designed the group tennis programs to ensure that players are playing in a compatible group. Pros evaluate each player’s technique, power, consistency and court coverage to ensure that all players in a group are playing at a comparable level. The goal is to ensure that classes are fun and challenging for all players.
The club reserves the right to move any player out of a class, if the pro deems the class inappropriate for the player’s skills.

What if I need to cancel?
At any time, the club will provide a credit on account if the player wishes to cancel a program registration. Refunds are subject to $50 Administration fee for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the designated start date, unless the customer requests a credit on account. Drop-in classes may be rescheduled at no penalty up to 24 hours in advance. Scheduled private lessons fees will be assessed in full for cancellations made fewer than 24 hours in advance.

What if I miss a class?
The Club makes every effort to arrange make-ups for missed classes, but cannot guarantee that a make-up will be possible. Make ups must occur during the same session. To ensure the best possible experience for players, make-ups should be arranged as follows:
-
Notify the pro to say that a class will be missed and to request that the missed class be rescheduled or “booked” for future rescheduling.
-
Only the pro, not the Front Desk, can schedule a make-up for programs.
-
Walk-ins for make-ups may not be allowed, as there may not be sufficient staff to handle the extra players.
-
Make-ups may only be scheduled during the same session as the missed class.
-
For drop-in classes (Live Ball, Men’s Night, Cardio), customers must notify the pro or the front desk at least 24 hours before the class to cancel or reschedule the class. A customer may be charged if they fail to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner.
-
Once a make-up has been rescheduled, a customer must notify the pro at least 24 hours before the class if they wish to change the day. Make-ups may be lost if the customer does not reschedule them in a timely manner.

Will the club pro-rate a program fee?
Unfortunately, we cannot pro-rate program fees. If the player misses a class, we will make every effort to schedule a make-up.
