CAN MY CHILD DO ALL DAY SPORTS ONE DAY IF THEY ARE REGISTERED FOR ALL DAY TENNIS AND VICE VERSA?

No, once signed up for one camp, they must stay the entire week.

WHERE DOES MY CHILD GET DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP?

  • Please review this campus map.

  • All day and morning camps are all dropped off behind the bleachers shown on the map.    All day sports and All-Day Tennis Camps camps are picked up at the same location.

  • Morning Tennis, Morning Sports, Afternoon Advanced and All-Day Advanced are picked up in front of the clubhouse.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

All Day Sports Camp, All-Day Tennis Camp, All-Day Advanced Camp and Morning Tennis and Sports Camps will be held regardless of weather.  Morning and All-Day Advanced will be held, although parents need to know that tennis will only take place if conditions clear up during the day.   Afternoon Advanced may be cancelled due to the weather.   A decision will be made around 12:00 pm each day.  Make-ups will be scheduled.  Information about weather closures will be emailed to parents by around 12 noon and will be posted on our website announcements box.

Every attempt will be made to have indoor activities in the Gym.  Please understand that we use the facilities that are assigned to use by the school and will coordinate indoor activities accordingly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CHILD IS SICK OR HAS TO MISS A CLASS?
Missed classes may be made up in another week of camp, but but must be scheduled with our Directors, Anthony Kountouris or Eric Doidge.

DO YOU HAVE CLASS ON JULY 4TH?

There is no class July 4th.  The session price has been prorated accordingly.

WHAT IF MY CHILD DOES NOT WANT TO SWIM OR CAN’T?

Campers are not required to go into the pool, but will go with the group to the pool deck.  Children may sit on the bleachers and read or play games.  Children should bring a book or a game to play.  Counselors will be supervising those not swimming.

DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING A LUNCH OR SNACK?
Campers enrolled in all-day programs should bring a lunch and a snack or may bring money for the snack bar.  The snack bar may not be open everyday and it is highly recommended that children bring their own food, just in case.  Mid-morning snack happens around 10:30 am.  Friday Fun-Day will offer complimentary pizza and lemonade at lunch.

CAN MY CHILD BE IN THE SAME GROUP AS A FRIEND?
Yes.  Please make a request by email to our camp directors, Anthony Kountouris or Eric Doidge.

WHAT IS YOUR SUNSCREEN POLICY?
Camp staff and personnel will not apply sunscreen to our campers.  Parents are encouraged to apply sunscreen prior to the child's arrival at camp and the camper is allowed to re-apply his/her own sunscreen, if necessary, during camp hours.  Sunscreen labeled with the campers name is to be kept in the camper's backpack.  Sunscreen may not be applied by other campers.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

A $50 administration fee will be applied to any refund issued for camps cancelled within 2 weeks of the camper’s start date.  Camps may be rescheduled with no fee applied.  Campers may also opt for a club credit with no fee applied if their plans change.
