Live Ball classes are designed to keep players moving through various comfortably competitive point-play drills and games. Class will begin with a short ball feeding warm up, followed by various point-play situations. This class will help with decision-making in pressure situations, as well as making adjustments to player tendencies. Rotation in and out of the drill is based on player success, rewarding consistency.
Live Ball classes are offered at the 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 levels for adults.
The class has a 6:1 player to pro ratio and is a weekly sign up. Sign-up links appear on the website two weeks before the class.
Ladies’ Live Ball (Weekly beginning September 30)
4.0 (and above)—Wednesday, 10:30 a.m.—12:00 p.m.
3.5 (and above)—Thursday, 9:30-11:00 a.m.
3.0 (and above)—Monday 11:00-12:30 p.m.
Co-Ed Live Ball (Weekly beginning September 30)
3.5 (and above)—Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.—8:00 p.m.
Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. Cardio Tennis is fun and social activity for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
